Shipping policy

Items will be packaged for shipping in 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once a package is shipped, tracking information will be added to your order unless the "Untracked Envelope" option is selected at checkout. "Untracked Envelope" is available as a cheaper shipping option for small, flat items (such as stickers) but does not allow you to track the package in the case of delayed or failed delivery. Do not choose this option if you want the ability to track your order.

Between placing and shipment of an order, Richmont Graduate University assumes all responsibility for your package and any questions should be emailed to shop@richmont.edu. After being marked as shipped, all inquiries for your order should be done through the shipping provider. Packages marked as delivered may be held at your local post office. Contact the shipping provider for questions about missing packages marked as delivered.
